BEET BAD SNACKING HABITS!

Red Beet, Carrot, Celery, Baby Spinach, Orange, Pineapple, Lemon, Ginger Juice

Looking for a sugary fix? Sluggish and need a boost? Look no further…this juice will provide energy and satisfy your sweet teeth with one 16oz glass. Can’t make juice mid day because of work? Make it in the morning; drink one on the way and pack one to go. This recipe will make 2 juices!

2 Red Beets (with greens if possible)
3 Stalks of Celery (with greens)
3 Carrots
1 large bunch of Baby Spinach
1 Orange (peeled)
1 thick slice of Pineapple (peeled)
1/2 Lemon
1-1 1/2 inches of Ginger

Wash all ingredients well and prep for juicing. Juice all in your Juice Extractor. CLEAN YOUR JUICER AND AREA BEFORE DRINKING. Enjoy!
