So, yeah…this was good.
I put 1 Cup of #Hemp Milk, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp #Chia Seeds and 2 Tbsp of Coconut Peanut Butter (from one of my previous posts) in a 16oz Mason Jar, tightened the lid and shook it up until it was all blended together. Then I put it in the fridge overnight. This morning I opened the jar and stirred the mixture until achieving a more pudding like consistency. Then I sliced up 1/2 Banana (gobbled the other half ) and threw that in there along with a small handful of Gojis. And there you have an easy overnight chia pudding.
